Graduation Photos on Newfoundland’s Southern Shore

It is always exciting to take graduation photos because it is such an exciting for both the graduate and their family!

On the day of Caitlyn’s graduation from Mobile Central High last week, we headed out to my favourite new photo location on the Southern Shore!

The sun was literally splitting the rocks and there was just enough wind to make magic happen with Caitlyn’s hair! The dress she was wearing was absolutely stunning. It’s an Angela and Allison prom dress that she found at Beautiful, a dress store in Halifax! The blue from the dress really played well with the ocean backdrop and the striking blue of her eyes!

Nadia Ali Makeup Artistry did an amazing job of getting Caitlyn ready for her graduation photos! Her makeup was soft and feminine. And I still am in awe of how beautifully the wind played with her hair…  The best part of doing photos in a new location is exploring the area. When we were done down by the water, we took a poke around Tor’s Cove and found this old church. It was exactly the rustic white backdrop that I was looking for to make her gorgeous blue prom dress pop! 
Caitlyn, you are as sweet as you are stunning and I am thrilled that I got to take your graduation photos. I know you have amazing things in store for you and I look forward to photographing you again in the future!
